1st Class - Kukkiwon 8th Dan and 2nd Class Master Certificate, or Kukkiwon 9th Dan and Master Certificate prior 1996. ($450)

2nd Class - Kukkiwon 6th or higher Dan 3rd Class Master Certificate. ($450)

1st Class - Passed Online Theory - Kukkiwon 8th Dan and 2nd Class Master Certificate, or Kukkiwon 9th Dan and Master Certificate prior 1996. ($350)
